A Legacy Crafted by Hand, Continued Through Designing
Some journeys don’t begin with a business plan—they begin at home.
For us, jewellery was never just a profession. It was a way of life, passed down through generations, shaped by hands that believed in patience, precision, and pride in every piece created.
Growing up in a family with over 60 years in the jewellery industry, I had the privilege of learning from our father Late Mr. DIBAKAR CHALL—a craftsman deeply respected not just for his skill, but for his integrity and dedication to his work. His approach was simple yet powerful: do it right, or don’t do it at all. Even after his passing in 2011, that mindset continues to guide everything we do today.
Before stepping into teaching, our family built and ran a manufacturing unit specializing in high-end diamond jewellery. Those years were not just about creating designs—they were about understanding the realities of the industry, from concept to production. Every challenge, every detail, and every finished piece added to a foundation of real, hands-on experience that cannot be learned from books alone.
This institute was created with a clear purpose—to pass on that experience in a way that truly prepares students for the real world. Not just how to use software, but how to think like a designer, solve practical problems, and create jewellery that works beyond the screen. Here, learning is rooted in reality, shaped by years of doing the work, not just teaching it.
Our vision is simple: to build designers who are confident, skilled, and ready to step into the industry with clarity. We are not here to produce certificates—we are here to shape careers, uphold a legacy, and carry forward the values that built it.
Because for us, this is more than teaching—it’s continuing a story that began long before us, and will live on through every student we train.
